• Saturday includes 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; lights out at midnight.
• 2 hours prior to wedding time: Bridal Party Ladies have access to designated areas in main house, Groomsmen have tobacco barn.
• Chairs are provided for the # of seated guests for ceremony. 
• Table and chairs are provided for the # of guests in the package for reception. 
• Additional tables for miscellaneous use are included, as needed
  • (2) 8' tables
  • (2) 6' tables
  • (2) 48" round tables
• More available to rent (2) 36" round tables, and up to (4) bistro tables. 
• Steele Crest does not provide linens. 
• Consultation includes a 1 hour showing of the venue.
• Venue access as needed if notified in advance.        
• Use of property for rehearsal. (2 hours)
• Golf cart available to guests needing assistance from parking lot to ceremony site.
• Golf cart available to transport the bride from main house to ceremony site in wedding dress. (cart will be covered for secrecy)
• Required $500 deposit locks in your date and will be refunded if all conditions are met.
• NO REFUND will be given for a canceled event unless it is rescheduled.

   Package Add-ons

• Additional morning decoration time (Barn/Gazebo) $50/hour.
• Additional time in the Main House before wedding $75/hour.
• Bathroom Attendant $15/hour.
• Parking Lot Attendant $15/hour (suggested for two hours at beginning of wedding).
• (2) wine barrels $50 each, vintage wooden cross $75, antique galvanized tub $50 and vintage red wagon $300.
• Honeymoon Suite (Log Cabin) $350 includes champagne & chocolate covered strawberries as well as coffee & fruit the next morning.
• Any unapproved add-ons will be taken out of the refundable deposit.
• Any upgrades/changes in the tables or chairs are the lessee’s responsibility and cost.
• Additional serving tables if needed by caterer or lessee.
• Bridal Portrait photo shoot session on the grounds up to 2 hours $300. 
• Animals permitted, prices vary; additional rules and regulations may apply.
• Any Add-ons not mentioned, inquire, I am open for discussion.
